  29. All of the methods can be tampered with.  After all, you could
  30. reseal the envelope that you sent to yourself.  Your tape is
  31. only as good as your credibility.  If the judge believes your
  32. story to begin with, the tape is icing on the cake.  If the
  33. judge doesn't believe you, the tape does you no good.  The
  34. same goes for still photos.
