  21. Since minor damage was done to each car, it may be possible for your
  22. insurance company to fix the other car, while the other person's
  23. insurance pays to fix yours.  In New York State, there is a minimum of
  24. $600 before the insurance companies can hit you with a chargable
  25. accident.  Therefore, you are happy, the other party is happy, and the
  26. insurance companies won't get any richer off of you.  See what the
  27. rules are in your state.
