- Neither one. I'm convinced that these devices were created by some warped
- and twisted marketing department, who came up with a brilliant scheme to
- get the women of the U.S. to part with a significant chunk of change in
- order to buy a device that causes great amounts of pain while it literally
- rips the hairs from their flesh. Hey, the tactic worked on me, but after
- trying to use it three times (each time suffering great pain and copious
- amounts of bleeding), I demanded, and got, my money back.
