- I am so fed up with my cable company's overall attitude toward their
- customers that I recently sent them a note along with my payment,
- about late fees - TKR in Central NJ charges a late fee of $5.00. The
- note said that they had a choice. They could never charge me a late
- fee again (I usually pay my cable bill once every 2 months), or they
- could cancel my subscription, which comes to $50 per month (w/4
- premium channels). I suppose I shall find out soon what their decision
- is.
