- During a recent storm, a tree fell on one of our cars, damaging the roof
- and windshield and making dents in the sides. The car is covered by
- basic liability insurance. Now the homeowner's insurance company says
- that they won't pay to fix the car, even though the tree which fell on it
- was on our property.
-
-
- Is this a normal homeowner's policy clause? Is there a way to get them to
- cover the damage? Has anyone had any experience with this before?
