- If you are close enough, why don't you go to the restaurant and ask
- for the owner or manager. Also look for the business liscenses since
- one of them is bound to state who owns the place even if it's d.b.a
- (doing business as).

- The latter will probably be some corporation or other (one of the
- reasons for incorporating as I understand it).
