  27. If you are close enough, why don't you go to the restaurant and ask
  28. for the owner or manager.  Also look for the business liscenses since
  29. one of them is bound to state who owns the place even if it's d.b.a
  30. (doing business as).

  32. The latter will probably be some corporation or other (one of the
  33. reasons for incorporating as  I understand it).

  36. liscenses.
