  24. Kill files are of no satisfaction to some, they want control, not to
  25. solve the problem.

  27. Why, if your suggestion were the case then when the 55MPH speed limit
  28. were passed in the USA they'd also have ordered car manufacturers to
  29. stop making cars which go much over 55MPH.
