- I am trying to convince my boss to switch to gcc. He says that he will only
- do so if :
- 1. gcc has been used in a real product.
- 2. It has been used with networking software, tcpip, Sun rpc, etc.
- 3. It works on (yuck)PC's, esp. OS/2 and Windows.

- He wants hard evidence of its viability largely because it is
- unsupported.
- If you have any answers to the above, would you please let me know ?
