- When a bug occurs in these ports, the user must struggle with the question:
- Whose problem is it?

- It is not necessary for the users to wonder about this.
- If they have not been told specifically to do otherwise,
- they should send their bug reports to bug-gnu-emacs.
- They should say which version they are using.
- Then whoever maintains it can read bug-gnu-emacs.
