- I have just replied to a previous article, asking about binding
- the DEL key. It sounds like you may have a similar problem. If
- you and your friend are using different systems, and differnt
- terminal types (X or otherwise), you may have different default
- key mappings being processed AFTER your .emacs. His terminal's
- defaults may override things that yours does not.
