  12. I am searching for a particular "rcs-mode" implementation.  I already
  13. have a texinfo file titled "rcs Manual, for version 1".  The author is
  14. Sebastian Kremer.  The date is 22 October 1991.

  16. What I don't have is the "rcs.el" file described in this document.  Can
  17. anyone send it to me, or tell me where to find it?  Please send mail.
