  23. I don't know anything about VAX/VMS.  I try to use the VAX system at Loyola
  24. as LITTLE as possible.  We do have GNU emacs working nicely on the VAX system,
  25. though.  mec@loyola.edu is the sysadm there.  She might be able to help you.
