- Hello. I recently installed BASH on a number of our machines at this site,
- everyone loves it.
-
- Just one problem: Occasionally the shell seems to get into a mode where it
- does not do a newline when you press enter, also keypresses are not echoed to
- the user's terminal..
-
- I've found two ways to trigger this condition: hitting and holding down the
- DEL (interrupt) key, and/or exiting from a screen based app such as ELM..
-
- If anyone knows of a fix for this please let me know since its seriously
- hampering ELM's usability as our main shell..
-
-
- Another bug which is also quite confusing/frustrating is that ELM spews
- getcwd: cannot find parent errors every now and again which seem to foul
- up shell scripts..
-
-
- I'd appreciate any help people could give on this matter. Thank you.
