  21. BTW, since bash 1.13 is sounding like it due sooner and sooner,
  22. does it use autoconf generated configure scripts?  Some of the machines
  23. I have installed bash on were very difficult to configure even though
  24. I knew what I needed to change.  Just being able to edit config.status
  25. and re-run it would be much nicer IMHO.
