  17. involves crossing the Toll Road on Reston Pkwy. The backup at 8:00 AM 
  18. stretched beyond the horizon. I also noticed that traffic was very 
  19. heavy on the roads in Reston paralleling the Toll Road, especially 
  20. Sunrise Valley Dr., as people were getting off the Toll Rd at the
  21. Fairfax County Parkway. As I sat on my bike on the Reston Pkwy 
  22. overpass for a couple minutes, I saw *TWO* cars in the HOV lanes.
  23. I hate to ask what Rt 7 was like.
