  26.     Ever since I first attended this University, the administration
  27.     has cowtowed to the Athletic Department. I could almost understand
  28.     if they added revenue to the university, but if I understand correctly
  29.     they actually use money. And now they are taking a great STUDENT
  30.     tradition (rubbing Testudo's nose for good luck) and turning it 
  31.     into one for the Athletes only.
