- Hello,
-
- I am new to this group, most definitely because I am relatively new to Motif
- programming. I use an NCD XTerminal connected to a VAX running VMS. Our user
- interface is DECWindows Motif. I would like to start writing some Motif
- applications and am currently reading Marshall Brain's book, "Motif
- Programming - the essentials and more". I would like to write a
- simple application that creates two windows that communicate with one another.
- I am particularly interested in how the C/Motif/VMS interfaces handle
- subprocesses and detached processes. Can anyone out there give me pointers or
- show me small sample applications that have these features?
-
- Thank you in advance for your help.
