- Weeellll, nuts.
-
- I have the feeling that this should be an easy question but I can't find the
- answer on my own so here goes.....
-
- My boss asked me if there is a way to put a "granite" pattern on his root
- window after login. I thought I remembered seeing something about it at
- some point in the past so I said I would look into it.
-
- After going through Scheifler & Gettys, O'Reilley (Vols 1,2,4 & 5), the FAQs
- for comp.windows.x and comp.windows.x.motif and the vendor documentation we
- have on hand I still cannot find out how it is done. It is not one of the
- options presented in the Motif window manager's 'Screen' options.
-
- BTW we have VMS 5.4 running X11R4.
-
- OK. What do I do? Where else do I look? Or have I just overlooked something?
- Any help will be greatly appreciated.
-
- Mark.
