- Fairly freely. The copyright notice is appended.

- You must only distribute it as part of something you have developed, as
- I understand it. Actually I'd like to see it available separately on
- export.lcs.mit.edu along with XView 3, as then programs that used it would
- have smaller distributions. But for now at least, you have to include the
- oibraries with your product. You could bundle lots of programs together
- with one copy of the libguide and libguidexv libraries, of course.
