  25. Your tools are CLI type tools, so it is not suprising you like CLI interface.
  26. I think that the important word is not GUI, but direct manipulation,
  27. and how to make it easy (and fast). Try sometimes to use your X enviroment
  28. more than just to see more. I don't find icons, buttons and pretty pictures
  29. etc so important, but to use mouse AND keyboard to handle something
  30. on the screen (even if it is only text) is faster than only with
  31. keyboard, when you are good at using both and you know when to use
  32. mouse (and you use software that doesn't prevent it).

  34. I use a GUI enviroment as my frontend to our unix etc machines and
  35. at least I have found this mixed CLI - GUI enviroment good.
