  10. Hi,
  11.    I need some help with Win3.1! Every now and then an application will
  12.    quit on me and windows reports:
  13.                        Illegal Instruction Error
  14.                        in module GDI.EXE
  15.                        Address 0001:0624
  16.    I have no idea what could cause it. I checked my system for bad
  17.    memmory and hardware conflict and came up empty.  Win3.1 was installed
  18.    from floppies onto my 486-33 with 8MB of memory. I am using HIMEM.SYS
  19.    EMM386.EXE and SMARTDRIVE.EXE 
  20.    If anybody out there knows anything I would appreciate the help!
