- DEC 5900, Ultrix 4.2a.
-
- There seem to be three serial lines on the CPU drawer of the 5900. Using
- the labels from the 5900 Owner's Manual, they're the console port,
- communication port 2, and keyboard/pointer port 2.
-
- We've hooked up a vt420 to the console but how do we use the "communication
- port 2"? In particular, what argument should I give to the MAKEDEV script
- so that I can create a device for it?
-
- The manual is woefully inadequate in telling me anything about this except
- the name for these ports.
