  15. I am  a relatively new sysadmin(within the last six months), and have
  16. a couple of questions.

  18. 1) Can anyone recommend new user unix books? I have a user set that
  19. includes some folks with no knowledge of unix, all the way up to
  20. folks who write code.
  21.  
  22. 2) Backup models: Can people email me info about their backup
  23. models (8mm), and what software they use? I am looking at the current
  24. model, and trying to keep the good things, and modify the bad.
