  16. Well I'm quite happy with mine, thank you. Surely the most common
  17. use of these beasts is for backups. Although it is possible that somebody
  18. would want a single dump > 2Gb, at the moment I would guess that that
  19. was a little unusual. More common must be to dump multiple partitions
  20. one after another to the tape, separated by filemarks. There is no
  21. problem making use of the whole tape that way.
