  11. Another unidentified problem to add to the list...

  13. Telnet and FTP worked fine for months, but now suddenly they don't work at
  14. all.  And I'm pretty sure no one changed anything.  (But not 100% sure :^( )
  15. Even worse, IRC doesn't work :^)

  17. Pinging various sites gives 100% packet loss.

  19. Telnet and FTP _do_ work when connecting to the vaxcluster on campus, but
  20. that's all.  No outside addresses.

  22. Nobody uses that machine currently, so there is no incentive for them to fix it
  23. anytime soon, but I miss irc, so I would like to try to fix it.
