  34. This is called "Good Will" - it is one of the many reasons *why* many people
  35. like Dell.

  37. You dont see people like SCO or ESIX doing this sort of thing.

  39. It's in the SVR4 vendors' best interests to push as much "example" code
  40. ported for SVR4 out the door as they can, as it can improve the
  41. SVR4 market as a whole as SVR4 becomes more accepted.

  43. Before you cry "but it's not there yet!", remember that they have 
  44. other things to do... (like handle that demand for "support"...)
