- I am having problems with X under ESIX SVR4 using a Trident 8900C SVGA card.
-
- I am using the 1024x728x256 server. The problem appears when I come out of
- X or change to another virtual terminal the screen mode is not reset properly.
- What I see is 8 fuzzy copies each shifted slightly to the right in very small
- print of the prompt &c.
-
- When I use the standard VGA resolution everything works as one would expect.
-
- I have read of someone else having a similar problem with another card so it
- is probably not a simple as the driver for the Trident being broken.
-
- Can anyone help me?
