  19. This could be true for some universities but not for all. You should know
  20. that there are a lot of private sites in Europe using the net without
  21. paying high prices. Maybe you should contact one of these sites (there
  22. are sites transporting all.all). I agree that this could be a problem
  23. in Luxembourg but you should try it in Germany ("Individual Network"
  24. [EMail: in@in-berlin.de] or "Verein zur Foerderung der privat betriebenen
  25. Datenkommunikation" [EMail: urlichs@smurf.sub.org]) or in Italy (sublink).

  27. I'm sure that you can find a good feed for all news you want without
  28. paying high prices. For private sites *only* often $10-15/month and 
  29. without additional paying for mail or news traffic. And the Individual 
  30. Network  it is absolutely legal including EUnet registration and 
  31. participating in the DFN (German Research Network) so that the German
  32. science network (WIN) could be legally used.

  34. Uwe's site (geminix.IN-Berlin.DE) -for example- is such a private site 
  35. of the Individual Network which polls at our system (=university).
