- This could be true for some universities but not for all. You should know
- that there are a lot of private sites in Europe using the net without
- paying high prices. Maybe you should contact one of these sites (there
- are sites transporting all.all). I agree that this could be a problem
- in Luxembourg but you should try it in Germany ("Individual Network"
- [EMail: in@in-berlin.de] or "Verein zur Foerderung der privat betriebenen
- Datenkommunikation" [EMail: urlichs@smurf.sub.org]) or in Italy (sublink).

- I'm sure that you can find a good feed for all news you want without
- paying high prices. For private sites *only* often $10-15/month and
- without additional paying for mail or news traffic. And the Individual
- Network it is absolutely legal including EUnet registration and
- participating in the DFN (German Research Network) so that the German
- science network (WIN) could be legally used.
