  10. I am trying to add  third and fourth SCSI hard drives to my Interactive 
  11. System V Rel 4.0 Ver 3.0 System. When I do a "diskadd c0t4d0" to add the 
  12. drive on target 4 I get the following message:

  14. Cannot access /dev/rdsk/c0t4d0s0
  15.  
  16. Then I get an fdisk error message.

  19. I looked at the /dev/rdsk directory, and saw no entry for c0t4d0s0.
  20.  
  21. Am I doing something wrong?  TFM seems to say I am doing it right.
