- I hit "nn" today, like I do most days, and scan through my listed
- newsgroups. Today, I find no less than half the posts to
- comp.unix.shell not talking about shell programming, but instead,
- people's posts being flamed OVER and OVER again on the same
- points, the same grounds, without change, without meaningful discussion.

- Yes, luckily, I can now kill all the messages related to this. But I
- must admit I think it's rather sad that a forum that was set up
- specifically for the purpose of discussing shell programming is
- overrun by zealots who can only focus on non-shell issues.
