  11. Could someone please enlighten me on the following topics:

  13. 1.  What is the difference between a hard link and a soft link in UNIX?  A text  book definition of each followed by some examples would be great.

  15. 2.  What are the similarities and diffs. in the commands mv, cp, and ln?  I
  16.   understand they are in fact just links to the same system file.
