- Well, I would be on the side of the 1%: get a SUN or a NeXT !
- If you really want Unix, then Sun is the solution !
- Of course it is more expensive than PCs but has, I think, a much
- nicer environment ! I was a PC Unix user a year ago (just a plain user)
- and 'had to' go to SPARCs: they feel much more natural !
- In clear, I feel as if PCs were not really adapted to run Unix !

- Why get a 1.2GB HD and a 2.3GB tape with only 8MB ram ?
- Just remember that the actual standard with Unix boxes is 16MB !
- (and with such a bid disk, you can afford 32MB, without any doubt)
