  59. Well, I would be on the side of the 1%: get a SUN or a NeXT !
  60. If you really want Unix, then Sun is the solution !
  61. Of course it is more expensive than PCs but has, I think, a much
  62. nicer environment ! I was a PC Unix user a year ago (just a plain user)
  63. and 'had to' go to SPARCs: they feel much more natural !
  64. In clear, I feel as if PCs were not really adapted to run Unix !

  66. But, this is not the main point. 
  67. Why get a 1.2GB HD and a 2.3GB tape with only 8MB ram ?
  68. Just remember that the actual standard with Unix boxes is 16MB !
  69. (and with such a bid disk, you can afford 32MB, without any doubt)
