  11. Is it  possible to write an  application using curses that has as
  12. one of  its  functions  the ability  to toggle  a VT100  terminal
  13. between  80  and  132   column  modes? It appears that there  are
  14. different termcap/terminfo entries for 80  and  132   column mode
  15. effectively preventing the above.

  17. This sort  of functionality can  be programmed on VAX/VMS systems
  18. and I was wondering if it is possible on UNIX.
