  14. I am having following problem with transfering files from a Sparc-2 to 
  15. 486-Interactive unix PC.

  17. I have a colorado systems tape drive on 486-Interactive unix PC. Which 
  18. ccording to the Colorado Systems people can read QIC-150, QIC-113, and 
  19. QIC-130 formats of the tape. The Sparc has tape drive with QIC-150 format.
  20. I am trying to transfer some files from Sparc to PC (no ethernet). The
  21. PC tape drive is not able to read the QIC-150 tape. By default the PC
  22. tape drive is QIC-113. My question is is there any way I can format the
  23. tape on Sparc and tar the files in QIC -113 format so that i can read
  24. he tape on PC.
