  16.     Is there a C subroutine that will create file system. I am looking
  17. for a routine to achieve the same purpose as crfs on AIX.
  18.  
  19.     The crfs and mkfs commands do it, so I am sure there is a system
  20. call somewhere to do this.
  21.  
  22.     Any and all responses/ideas will be greatly appreciated.

  24. P.S. I am running AIX3.2 on an IBM RS6000.
