  11. I sure hope this is the right group to ask stupid questions about UNIX on,
  12. because here comes a stupid question about UNIX, and more specifically, 
  13. postnews.

  15. Now, before you wonder 'Has this guy checked "man postnews"?' yes, I have 
  16. checked 'man postnews'. It didn't help my situation at all. Basically, the
  17. problem is this. The man pages for postnews say that once I've entered the
  18. group(s) to post to, and the Subject: line, it will drop me into my editor
  19. of choice, which I have every reason to believe is vi (trn invokes it, whenever
  20. I follow-up to a message through it). But postnews puts me into some editor-
  21. from-hell which I have never seen before, and I have no idea how to use it
  22. (ok, so I'm no UNIX genius...).
