- I have heard there is a DOS utility available (somewhere) that appends
- an end-of-file (^Z) to any file that is closed without having one.

- I am in urgent need of such a utility. It would be used for properly
- terminating a plot file which is being sent across a Lan Man X network. Which
- plot file, BTW, never makes it because Lan Man thinks it doesn't end.
