  11. I have heard there is a DOS utility available (somewhere) that appends
  12. an end-of-file (^Z) to any file that is closed without having one.
  13.  
  14. I am in urgent need of such a utility.  It would be used for properly
  15. terminating a plot file which is being sent across a Lan Man X network.  Which
  16. plot file, BTW, never makes it because Lan Man thinks it doesn't end.
