  29. On advice from Chris Biggs <s308234@cs.uq.oz.au>, I copied the
  30. {src,etc}dist to /tmp, switched to csh, cd'd to /, and typed
  31.  
  32.     cat /tmp/src01* | zcat | cpio -idv
  33.  
  34. and it all worked. Let's hope that this info makes its way into the
  35. install document.
