- On advice from Chris Biggs <s308234@cs.uq.oz.au>, I copied the
- {src,etc}dist to /tmp, switched to csh, cd'd to /, and typed

- cat /tmp/src01* | zcat | cpio -idv

- and it all worked. Let's hope that this info makes its way into the
- install document.
