- Thanks to the bus mouse patches, I have finally gotten X386 to work somewhat.
-
- I have the following problems.
-
- 1) If I close one of the default shells which pops up, then X crashes out
- and returns me to my prompt.
-
- 2) The normal 'Exit' function does not work.
-
- 3) Whenever X386 leaves in this fashion, I end up with a BLACK screen with
- no display.
-
- 4) Often I type startx on the console, and when X is loaded, the keyboard
- no longer works. (and stays that way.) I rebooted, and booting hung just
- after printing the 'npx0' line. I had to hit the power switch.
-
- Are there any solutions to this? Is the next version ready enough for me
- to test a copy?
-
- Please???
-
- Thanks.
