- I just got my CD-ROM drive (Apple CD-ROM 150), but I'm still waiting for
- my AUX 3.0 upgrade.
-
- I went ahead and installed the drive, to see what it could do. I got it
- to work fine under MacOS, and partly under AUX, but I have a couple of
- questions. Maybe someone knows the answers.
-
- 1) When I insert a MacOS format CD and then login to AUX, the CD shows up
- on my desktop. If I throw it in the trash, it disappears. If I insert
- another disk, it doesn't show up. Why? It will show up if I log out and
- then login again (very inconvenient).
-
- 2) I can't use the cute little DA, CD Remote, for playing audio CDs, under
- AUX. It needs the CD Remote INIT, but if I install that, AUX gets real sick.
- Any fix for this ? (I checked the FAQ and took a quick look at the ftp sites
- but didn't see anything.)
-
- P.S. This is an AUX 2.0 system.
