- Hello Netters,
-
- I was wondering which version of Sun RPC comes with AIX 3.2. I know
- that Sun has had their new TI RPC out for some time. The InfoHider
- documentation doesn't even mention that it is Sun RPC, so I am not
- suprised that it doesn't tell me what version it is. (I'm sure
- there is a copyright notice somewhere, it just bothers me that IBM
- just calls it RPC since these days there are so many flavors).
-
- Is the Netwise RPCTOOL available for the RS/6000? What other
- advantages does the new ONC (or Sun) RPC have other than the
- Transport layer Independence?
