  12. I am still having some troubles with slip.  For one thing the slip route
  13. keeps disappearing from the routing table.  This makes it difficult to
  14. call a host that is permanently set up with a slip interface.  Has any
  15. one else run into a disappearing slip route and perhaps found a decent 
  16. workaround?
