  13. Yes, this is a bug.  The workaround is the make your Xservers line
  14. begin with unix:0 not simply :0.  For example:

  16. unix:0 local /usr/bin/X11/X -f 0 -s 0 -sdebug -x dps

  18. I believe localhost:0 will also work.  DON'T use machinename:0, or
  19. all X traffic will not go through the localhost interface, but
  20. through the ethernet or token ring.
