- This ought to be repairable. It sounds like a bad solder connection
- where the keyboard plug is mounted to the mother board. Possibly, it is
- a bad connection somewhere else. Find someone who can actually look at
- the board and find the problem. The IBM people probably only do board swap
- repairs, but in this case that isn't reasonable.
- I'll tell you what, for half the price IBM wants for the board I will
- drive up to Cornell and fix it for you. No charge if I can't fix it. :-)
- Seriously, you should be able to find someone to fix this fairly cheap.
