  11. An undocumented feature of the Korn-shell is the TMOUT environment
  12. variable. It enables you to timeout the shell in a certain amount
  13. of seconds.
  14. Questions:
  15.  - One minute before timeout you get the message
  16.     "shell time out in 60 seconds"
  17.    Can I suppress this message ?
  18.  - Does the timeout raise a signal (SIGALRM) ?
  19.  - What is the meaning of the A__z environment variable ?
  20.    (It equals "*TMOUT )
