  10. I am posting this message because on the machines at school we're
  11. experiencing a problem that the system administrators are a)  too lazy to
  12. fix, and/or b) they don't know how to fix it.

  14. Whenever you do a "finger localuser", the "Last login:" time is always
  15. "Never logged in."  I am sure there's a simple solution on how to fix this
  16. problem, and if anyone knows, please let me know and I will relay the
  17. information to them (i. e. my sys. admins.).
