  9.    I would like to limit the amount of time certain users on my
  10. system have per-day to different values depending on who the user
  11. is.  Is there any software out there which will accomplish this
  12. task?  If not, can anyone offer suggestions as how to implement
  13. such an option?  I'm willing to write it..
