  14.     Here is the problem:
  15.     Few days ago I lost all the .o files inmy system.
  16.     The system is a SUN server 630 MP running 4.1.2. (sun4m architecture).
  17.  
  18.     I recoverd many files exept the following:
  19.  
  20.     /usr/lib/debug/malloc.o
  21.     /usr/lib/debug/mallocmap.o
  22.     /usr/lib/misalign/crt0.o
  23.     /usr/lib/misalign/mcrt0.o
  24.     /usr/lib/misalign/gcrt0.o
  25.     /usr/lib/crt0.o
  26.     /usr/lib/mcrt0.o
  27.     /usr/lib/gcrt0.o
  28.     /usr/lib/adb/adbsub.o
  29.     /usr/lib/bb_link.o
  30.     /usr/lddrv/cg8/cg8.o
  31.     
  32.     and all files of:
  33.  
  34.     /usr/kvm/sys/sun4m/OBJ/*.o
  35.  
  36.     And the back up of the /usr partition didn't work that day.
  37.  
  38.     Now I am trying to get them back.
  39.     I tried the "/usr/etc/install/add_services" program.
  40.     I answered the questions to extract the Sys media file.
  41.     And it worked, I got all the "/usr/kvm/sys/sun4m/OBJ/*.o" files back.
  42.  
  43.     So I say ok lets get the others back. 
  44.     I ran "/usr/etc/install/add_services" again and asked for 
  45.     the "usr" media file.
  46.     But I got the following answer:

  74.     And then if I want to rerun "/usr/etc/install/add_services" to get 
  75.     again the Sys media file that I got with the same methode I get 
  76.     the error messages as well.

  84.     1- The media volume is a CD so everything shuld be on there and I
  85.         don't have to change volume.
  86.     2- does anybody know what the problem is?
  87.     3- does anybody know how I can get back the .o files of my /usr
  88.        file system? Namely:

  90.         /usr/lib/debug/mallocmap.o
  91.         /usr/lib/misalign/crt0.o
  92.         /usr/lib/misalign/mcrt0.o

  100.     4- Does anybody have a SUNserver 630MP running sun4.1.2 with the 
  101.        sun4m architecture?
  102.        If yes can he send me a the following files in .tar.uu format?
