  11. Im trying to install La/TeX onto a VAX/VMS system.  So far I got most running
  12. but some problems with DVIOUT and \special command.  Anyway, I decided to get
  13. DVIPS working.  For a start, the VMS install info refers to file DVIPS.TEX
  14. weel, I dont know how, but I haven't got it.  Could someone e-mail a copy to me
  15. please.
