  12. FYI: We had a problem getting all the Control-r (or Escape) shortcut
  13. commands working in Frame 3.1X. The characters following Control-r
  14. were inserted in the document and the expected shortcut command was
  15. not performed.

  17. The answer to the problem was: We had a X resource file from Frame 2X
  18. located in /usr/lib/X/app-defaults/Maker with the entry:

  20.     Maker.uiLanguage:    English

  22. By changing this resource to the default from the 3.1X release
  23.  
  24.     Maker.uiLanguage:    UKEnglish
  25.  
  26. everyting works allright!!!!

  28. BTW. "New Features in FrameMaker, X Window System, June 1991" says
  29. that F2 will move point to the Current document window. This is not
  30. true if you use the mouse to point on a window, as said in the on-line
  31. Help.

  33. My environment is: International FrameMaker 3.1X, Sun Sparc, OS 4.1.1,
  34. X11R4 (MIT), tvtwm 10.0 patch level 6.
